4-panel Shoji screen with wall panel, dark-stained pine
In this Berlin apartment, a lightweight, translucent Japanese-style room divider made of shoji was installed. The dark wooden shoji sliding doors separate the home office from the living room. The wall panels to the right and left of the shoji room divider conceal two tall bookshelves. We used traditional, plain white shoji paper without any texture for the shoji panels.
